In support of exceptional family members, the Dyess Commissary joined forty other commissaries across the nation in offering Caroline’s Cart, a shopping cart designed specifically for special-needs children. The cart enables children to safely and easily accompany parents or caretakers on commissary shopping trips. It also provides the option of using one basket instead of pushing both a wheelchair or stroller and a grocery cart while shopping.
