Dyess Airmen reflect on Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month

U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Richard O’Haver, 7th Operations Support Squadron cyber systems administrator, folds a Japanese happi coat at the Tour of Asia and the Pacific Islands Art Expo May 8, 2014, at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas. A happi is a traditional Japanese straight-sleeved coat, usually imprinted with a distinctive crest and is primarily worn during festivals.
