DYESS AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Staff Sergeant Armando Rendon, 1200th Infantry Battalion New Mexico Army National Guard, fills out a motor vehicle utilization record in his HM-V, September 2. The paperwork records the miles, hours and maintenance and must be filled out at the beginning and end of each mission, and whenever there is a driver change in the vehicle.
