DYESS AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Master Sgt. David Wade earned top graduate honors and was awarded the John L. Levitow Award Nov. 19 at the SNCO Academy. He is the 7th Equipment Maintenance Squadron maintenance flight chief and has a line number for senior master sergeant after just 16 years of service.
