DYESS AIR FORCE BASE, Texas — John Junior Jupin is presented a commemorative gift of the Texas state flag and the nation’s flag by Lt. Col. Christopher Duffy, 7th Civil Engineer squadron commander, here July 29. Mr. Jupin served 23 years active duty and 34 years as a civilian. Dyess civilian retires for second time after 57 years of service

DYESS AIR FORCE BASE, Texas — John Junior Jupin is presented a commemorative gift of the Texas state flag and the nation’s flag by Lt. Col.
