Fill the Boots
Airman 1st Class William Jenkins, 7th Civil Engineer Squadron firefighter, collects money in a boot at the intersection of Southwest Dr. and the Winters Freeway May 11. The Abilene and Dyess fire departments partnered together for a Muscular Dystrophy fund-raiser, and thanks to the local community raise $41,733 in three days.
