DYESS AIR FORCE BASE, Texas — Dyess servicemembers explore the first C-130J to the 317th Airlift Group here, April 16. This C-130J is the first of 28 to be delivered by 2013 to replace the current aging fleet. The C-130J offers many improvements over the current C-130H models to include improved avionics, an enhanced cargo handling system and more.
