Marines shoot to qualify
Fort Wolters,Texas— Corporal Joseph Fearn fires his rifle at a target May 15 to qualify during field training. Dyess Marines are assigned to Detachment 1 in support of motor transport assets. They are required to qualify with the rifle annually by shooting from the 200, 300 and 500 yard marks from the sitting, kneeling, standing and prone positions.
