Dyess security forces and safety ensure instillation traffic compliance and driving safety
DYESS AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Tech. Sgt. Ricardo Flores, 7th Security Forces Squadron, directs traffic to one lane to screen for individuals not wearing seatbelts and illegally using cellular phones Dec. 14, here. Using a cellular phone while driving increases the chances of getting into an accident by 400 percent and failure to wear a seat belt contributes to more fatalities than any other single traffic safety-related behavior.
