DYESS AIR FORCE BASE, Texas – Dyess Air Force Base Honor Guard members present the colors March 11, during a Medal of Honor ceremony here honoring Chief Master Sgt. Richard Loy Etchberg. Chief Etchberg was a Senior NCO in the U.S. Air Force who posthumously received the military’s highest decoration, the Medal of Honor, for his actions during the Battle of Lima Site 85 in the Vietnam War. Medal of Honor ceremony honors fallen Airman

DYESS AIR FORCE BASE, Texas – Dyess Air Force Base Honor Guard members present the colors March 11, during a Medal of Honor ceremony here honoring Chief Master Sgt. Richard Loy Etchberg.
