DYESS AIR FORCE BASE, Texas-- A boat sits in the storage area behind the Outdoor Recreation center here July 13, 2011. Boating equipment is one of a few pieces of equipment offered by Outdoor Recreation for rental; other available equipment includes lawn and garden tools, tables and chairs, trailers, camping gear, air castles and even dunking booths.
