Capt. Brad Weber, 28th Bomb Squadron, prepares The B-1 Bomber static display for repainting September 7, 2011 by helping sand down the plane. The base repaints the plane and completes routine maintenance every three to five years to extend the life of the plane and ensure it is presentable for exhibition.
