DYESS AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Capt: Member tested positive for amphetamines after a random unit inspection. For this misconduct, he received an Article 15 for violation of Article 112a. He was punished with forfeiture of $1,500.00 pay per month for two months, with one month suspended, and a reprimand.

TSgt: On numerous occasions, member did poor maintenance work on aircraft, failing to follow several technical orders. She received an Article 15 for violations of Article 92. She was punished with a reduction to the grade of Staff Sergeant, suspended, 7 days extra duty, and a reprimand.

SSgt: Member submitted what appeared to be falsified Form 1975’s as evidence that he went to mandatory PT. When confronted about his whereabouts, he stated that he did in fact have an A1C witness his workouts, which was also a lie. He received an Article 15 for violation of Article 86 and 107. He was punished with reduction to the grade of Senior Airman, and a reprimand.

SrA: After failing his PT Test, member continuously failed to go to mandatory PT. He received an Article 15 for violation of Article 86. He was punished with a reduction to the grade of Airman, 7 days extra duty, and a reprimand.

A1C: Member previously received an Article 15 for violation of Article 86. In the previous action, he was punished with a reduction to the grade of Airman First Class, suspended, and 14 days of extra duty and a reprimand. After receiving his punishment, the member was late several times, and the suspended portions of the punishment were subsequently vacated.

ADMINISTRATIVE DISCHARGE SUMMARY
Amn: Member was administratively discharged for Misconduct – Minor Disciplinary Infractions. His disciplinary history consisted of one Article 15 punishment, establishment of an Unfavorable Information File (UIF), placement on a Control Roster, seven Letters of Reprimand (LOR), and five Letters of Counseling (LOC). He was discharged with a General service characterization.

AB: Member was administratively discharged for Misconduct – Drug Abuse. His disciplinary history consisted of one Article 15 punishment. He was discharged with a General service characterization.

Amn: Member was administratively discharged for Misconduct – Drug Abuse. His disciplinary history consisted of one Article 15 punishment. He was discharged with a General service characterization.

SrA: Member was administratively discharged for a medical condition that interferes with military service. He was discharged with an Honorable service characterization.
