  • The Dyess Base Exchange has several shops and fast food restaurants including military clothing sales, barber shop, tactical shop and more.

Chapel

  • The Chapel hosts several religious services and events for Airmen and their families including Daily Mass, Confession, Contemporary Worship and religious education. They are also available 24 hours a day for emergencies.

Child Development Center

  • The CDC services are offered to eligible patrons for full-time, before and after school and hourly care.

Commissary

  • The commissary is open to base personnel and their families and offers items from their deli, bakery, and sandwich shop along with all your standard food needs.

Dyess Lanes

  • Dyess Lanes has 16 lanes for Airmen and their families to enjoy countless games of bowling for only $2 per person per game and a $2 shoe rental.

Dyess Theater

Fitness Center

  • Enjoy a good cardio or weight lifting workout at the Fitness Center. The center has multiple weight rooms, a cardio room, basketball court, running tracks and so much more to keep our Airmen in shape.  

Hangar Center

  • The Hangar Center houses the Bomb Shelter Bar, Library, Micro Market, ITT and the Hangar Center ballroom. They also hold activities like craft nights, First Fridays and Tahitian Dance Classes DoD ID card holders and their families.

Library

  • The library provides a variety of resources to military families. They have support through education, research, enrichment and provides a quiet place to study or have a group meeting.

Longhorn Dining Facility

  • The DFAC is open to base personnel and offers a wide range of foods including tacos, pasta, pizza, soups, veggies, salad and much more.

Mesquite Grove Golf Course

  • The Mesquite Grove Golf Course offers 18 holes of West Texas landscape. They provide lessons, tournaments throughout the year and has a fully stocked pro-shop equipped to handle every level of a golfer’s need.  

Outdoor Recreation

  • ODR offers several activities to base personnel and their families including hunting, skydiving, tubing, swimming, fishing and climbing.

Pool

  • Dyess has an outdoor and indoor pool open to everyone with base access. The indoor pool is located inside the fitness center and the outdoor pool is located behind the Hangar Center.

Youth Center

  • The Dyess Youth Center offers a variety of programs designed to keep your children occupied while learning new skills. The center offers field trips, events, classes and clubs like the Air Force Teen Council, Keystone Club, Torch Club and the Marketing and Journalism Club.
