Commissary The commissary offers patrons a complete selection of fresh meat and poultry, a full service delicatessen, dairy, produce and frozen food sections. The commissary stocks more than 9,000 grocery items and offers fast checkout with 10 lanes. Patrons can special-order cuts of meat, fruit and/or vegetable and meat and/or cheese trays at the delicatessen 24 hours in advance. The Dyess store offers 21,500 square feet of shopping space at 250 Commissary Road. Hours of operation are Tuesday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Call 696-4802.
