7/22/2010 - DYESS AIR FORCE BASE, Texas—Col. David Béen, incoming 7th Bomb Wing commander, takes the guidon from 12th Air Force Commander Lt. Gen. Glenn Spears during a change of command ceremony here July 22. Colonel Béen recently served a tour of duty in Southwest Asia as the 379th Expeditionary Operations Group commander. He will be the new wing commander for the 7th Bomb Wing. The change of command ceremony is a visible means of passing the reins of command from the departing commander to the new commander.
